By accessing repaid.tax ("the Website") or using any services provided by Triple Beam ("we," "us," or "our") under the brand name Repaid, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or our services.
Repaid is a tax recovery and advisory service operated by Triple Beam. We provide a free review of your last three years of federal tax returns to identify missed deductions. If we find deductions that were not claimed, we prepare and file amended returns on your behalf. If we do not find any missed deductions, you owe nothing.
Our services are performed by or under the supervision of an Enrolled Agent, enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service pursuant to Treasury Department Circular No. 230.

What you're opting into: By submitting your phone number on our website and checking the SMS consent box, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Repaid by Triple Beam related to your free tax return review. These messages are conversational and service-related — not promotional.
Message types include: Qualification questions (your trade, revenue, current tax preparer), authorization form links, review status updates, scheduling messages, and follow-up communications related to your return review.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 3–10 messages during the qualification and review process. Additional messages may be sent for follow-ups or scheduling.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
To opt out: Text STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Opting out of SMS does not cancel your return review if one is already in progress. You can continue to communicate with us by email or phone.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use our services without opting into SMS by contacting us directly.
We will not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers and consent data are shared only with service providers necessary to deliver messages (e.g., Twilio) and are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Messages are sent via standard SMS and are compatible with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To conduct a return review, we ask you to electronically sign IRS Form 8821 (Tax Information Authorization). This form authorizes us to access your tax transcripts from the IRS for the sole purpose of reviewing your returns. Form 8821 does not give us power of attorney or the ability to act on your behalf beyond viewing transcript data. You can revoke this authorization at any time by notifying us or by filing a new Form 8821 with the IRS.
The initial tax return review is provided at no cost. If we identify missed deductions and you choose to proceed with filing amended returns, fees will be discussed and agreed upon before any work begins. We will never charge you without your explicit written consent.
While we review returns thoroughly using contractor-specific checklists, we do not guarantee that every review will result in a refund. Recovery amounts depend on your specific tax situation. Statistics and figures referenced on the Website (such as average recovery amounts) are based on historical results and are not guarantees of future outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triple Beam and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
All content on the Website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Triple Beam and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
