• Campaign data: UTM parameters from the URL you arrived on (source, medium, campaign, content, term) for advertising attribution.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you SMS messages related to your free tax return review.
• Evaluate whether your tax returns may contain missed deductions.

• Process IRS Form 8821 (Tax Information Authorization) if you choose to proceed.

• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.

SMS Communications

By submitting your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our form, you consent to receive automated text messages from Repaid by Triple Beam at the phone number you provided. These messages relate to your tax return review and may include:

• Qualification questions about your trade, revenue, and current tax preparer.
• An authorization form link for IRS transcript access.
• Updates on the status of your return review.
• Scheduling and follow-up messages.

Message frequency varies based on where you are in the review process (typically 3–10 messages total). Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from Repaid.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations (including IRS record-keeping requirements). If you opt out of SMS and do not proceed with our services, we retain your basic contact information and activity log for up to 3 years for compliance and dispute resolution, then delete it.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure database storage with row-level security policies, and access controls limited to authorized personnel. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
